Shipping is mostly free and usually take 8 to 10  business days to be completed. However it may in certain circumstances happen you experience a slight variation over 10 days in the shipping time, and also, sometimes fee may be applied depends on where the shipping destination is and/or the type of the product to ship, and what special services that the customer requires (such as: faster delivery, signature requiring, and other personal service requirements).

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It may take up to 3 business days to our fulfilment team to ship your product. Then you will start receiving notification emails, with a tracking number, about the journey of your product to your home.

Please make sure you check your email regularly when expecting delivery, to be able to track your items and confirm having received the good as soon as possible to help us avoid missing or not receiving-good after a delivery is mark as completed, and remember you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your order.
